In order for us to process your order or supply you with an official quotation it is necessary for us to collect information including your Full Name, Delivery/Billing Addresses, Email Address, Phone number(s), and where applicable Company Name & VAT number.

  • Fulfilment of orders:

Patchsave Solutions will use your information to fulfil your order/s once an agreement has been established. Sometimes it may be deemed necessary for us to pass your information on to select third party companies in order to fulfil your order. This could include (but is not limited to) manufacturers, distributers and parcel delivery companies. This information would include your Name, Delivery address & Phone number and/or email addresses. We ensure that our selected third parties companies comply with GDPR.

If you have opted in to receive email marketing we guarantee that the frequency of this communication will never be more than once a month and all email marketing is personal and is not being sent as part of a bulk campaign.

You are Free to opt out at any time from receiving email marketing, by emailing dataprotection@patchsavesolutions.com or clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our marketing email.

  • Sharing information:

We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third parties or use your email address for bulk unsolicited mail.

The information that we hold may be used in a variety of ways including (but not limited to) reporting sales data to our manufacturers, implementing warranties and guarantees to products supplied.

Retention of Personal Information.

Patchsave Solutions Limited will keep data about you and your organisation for as long as it is believed to be accurate and up to date. The categories of personal data include your name, job title, work email address, company name, work address and telephone number(s). Your data will never be transferred to others and will not be stored outside of the UK.  Only limited Information is stored locally within the Patchsave offices.  The majority of customer data is stored securely offsite across a number of secure web ‘cloud’ based platforms which in turn enables us to increase our levels of data security further.

  • The right for us to erase the information that we hold about you
