Delivery Charges

Economy Delivery 2-3 business days (UK Mainland only) (for orders under £150) = £4.75
Secure Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland only) (over £150 FOC for orders processed before 16:00hrs) = £9.65
Pre Noon Delivery (next working day for orders processed before 15:30hrs) = £17.25
Pre 10:30am Delivery (next working day for order processed before 15:30hrs) = £23.95
Saturday Pre Noon Delivery Service (for orders processed before 16:00hrs Friday) = £32.25
Northern Ireland & non Mainland UK Delivery (3-4 day service) for up to 20kg = £27.75
European Delivery (4-5 day service) for up to 20kg = £42.75


Delivery Schedules

Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Seller the date of any delivery notified by the Seller to the Buyer is an estimate only and the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in fulfilling the Buyers order. Goods are delivered by carriers over whom the Seller has no control and therefore the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in transit. In the event of goods ordered and subsequently returned for any reason the Seller reserves the right to affect a handling charge. Next day delivery applies to items in stock and only to orders placed within the UK

Online orders for stock items (excluding data racks) placed before 4.00pm will ship same day.

Online orders for stock items (excluding data racks) placed after 4.00pm will ship the following day.

It may be possible to ship orders placed after 4.00pm but this will be need arranged by telephone - 0845 365 7777.

Standard next day delivery ships via courier and can arrive on-site any time prior to 5.30pm.

Pre 10.30am delivery can arrive on-site between 7.00am and 10.30am.

Same Day delivery is available. Price will be dependent on postcode, please contact us directly.

If the products are in stock and are ordered before 4pm we will send your order out for next day (working day) delivery - mainland UK . Orders to Northern Ireland take 48 hours and International orders are generally received in less than 5 days.


Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store at www.patchsave.com and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


SHIPPING

As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damage being sustained during transit.

Before any goods are signed for, you should check that there is no damage, effectively by signing for them; you are accepting the delivery in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible that you have refused the delivery.


APPLICATION OF CONDITIONS

Notwithstanding anything which may be contained in any purchase order or other document of the Buyer, goods are supplied subject to these conditions alone. No variations of them will apply unless expressly agreed by both parties in writing and signed on their behalf.


LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Patch Solutions will replace goods which fail to arrive or which arrive in a damaged condition. However, in order to comply with the terms of our own insurance policy, notification of loss or damage to the goods in transit must be made to us in writing, within 7 days of the date of despatch, failing which no claim in respect of such loss or damage will be entertained by Patch Solutions.


DISCREPANCY

The Buyer will inspect the goods upon arrival and if they do not correspond in nature to the goods ordered, will give Patch Solutions written notification of any discrepancy within 7 days of the date of despatch, failing which the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.


DEFECTIVE GOODS AND CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

Patch Solutions guarantees that the goods are free from defects and are of merchantable quality but it is for the Buyer to satisfy themselves that the goods are fit and suitable for the purpose for which they requires them. Defects in goods delivered shall not be grounds for cancellation by the Buyer of the remainder of any order or contract.

It is expressly agreed and understood by the Buyer that the Patch Solutions liability in respect of defective or otherwise unmerchantable goods shall under no circumstances whatsoever extend beyond the price paid for such goods, nature, howsoever caused, arising out of any defect in the goods, or from their failure to correspond to any description or representation, or from their unsuitability for any purpose. If the Buyer alleges that goods supplied are defective the Buyer will return them, carriage paid, to Patch Solutions premises. If, after examination by the Patch Solutions, it is established that the goods are defective then Patch Solutions will refund to the Buyer the cost of the carriage, and replace the goods or at Patch Solutions absolute discretion refund their purchase price.


PRICE

Patch Solutions reserves the right to vary any price advertised in Patchsave Catalogues or elsewhere as occasion demands, and the goods are supplied at the price prevailing as at the date of acceptance by Patch Solutions of any order placed by the Buyer. All prices are exclusive of VAT, except where expressly stated otherwise.


PAYMENT

Payment for the goods is due without any deduction either with the order if the Buyer does not have a credit account, or within 30 days of invoice if the Buyer does have a credit account. If payment of the price or any part of it is not made by the due date Patch Solutions shall be entitled to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2.5% per month and any further deliveries will be suspended until the account is paid in full together with any interest. In the event of non-payment of an outstanding debt we reserve the right to claim for the whole of the balance owing.


SPECIFICATION

Goods described in the Patch Solutions catalogues or elsewhere are subject to a continuing process of technical change and development and Patch Solutions therefore reserves the right to alter specifications without notice at any time before delivery. All descriptions, illustrations, specifications and dimensions are approximate and are only intended to present a general guideline as to the goods therein. It is therefore agreed by the Buyer that goods supplied may not comply in all respects with the description in the Patch Solutions catalogue or elsewhere. If a sample of the goods has been exhibited to and inspected by the Buyer the contract shall not constitute a sale by sample.


RESERVATION OF TITLE

Although goods supplied by Patch Solutions to the Buyer shall be at the Buyers risk immediately on delivery to the Buyer (and the Buyer should be insured accordingly), the legal ownership in the goods shall not pass from Patch Solutions to the Buyer until they have been paid for in full. Until property in the goods passes from Patch Solutions to the Buyer as aforesaid the Buyer shall hold the goods as bailee of Patch Solutions. Where goods are supplied under a Contract Order with delivery in instalments over an extended period, then the Order is to be regarded as a whole so that property in none of the goods passes until all the goods, the subject of the Contract Order, have been paid for in full.


TRADE MARKS

The Buyer shall not remove, alter, deface or tamper with any of the marks, names or numbers affixed to or marked on the goods, or allow anyone else to do so.


FORCE MAJEURE

If delivery is delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of Patch Solutions, a reasonable extension of time for delivery shall be granted and the Buyer shall pay such reasonable extra charges as shall have been occasioned by the delay.


APPLICABLE LAW

The contract is subject to English law.


RETURNS

You have 7 days from the time of delivery to return any products to us for a full refund (this excludes any carriage charges). All products must be returned unopened in their original packing. The cost of returning any products will be met by the buyer. You must ensure products are adequately packaged; we reserve the right to refuse a returned product that has been damaged due to negligent packaging. Any orders over 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee.


BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


TAX

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.


RETURNS POLICY

The European Distance Selling regulations stipulate that you have 7 days from the time of delivery to return the products to us for a full refund (this excludes any carriage charges). All products must be returned unopened in their original packing. The cost of returning products will be met by customer. You must ensure products are adequately packaged, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product that has been damaged due to negligent packaging


Distance Selling Regulations 2000

Goods ordered (excluding software, which can only be returned if faulty once the seal has been broken) may only be returned within the first 7 working days for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

Goods returned must be received in as new condition with all software and product seals intact Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete. The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged Carriage costs for the original despatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us

If the upon receipt the returned Goods fail to meet the above conditions then we may refuse to accept the Goods or charge a restocking fee (£20 or 20% whichever is greater).
