Our popular cable labelling service allows us to recommend a solution that will match your needs. We have several labelling solutions available for copper patch cables, fibre leads, and power cables, as well as options for data cabinets, patch panels, and key fob numbering. Whether it’s strong adhesive labelling applied with our Brady Wrapter, removeable Cableflag tags, Panduit identification sleeves, or Clip-on Markers, you can rest assured that we have the right solution for you.
Custom Orders
Patchsave Solutions already hold in stock 1000’s of standard lengths, colours, and terminations across Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, fibre leads, and IEC power cables. However, it is not unusual for our clients to want something very specific that is not seen as standard within the industry. This is when our popular custom cable service comes into play, offering an array of options that we can either manufacture in our UK workshop, or import via one of our trusted global suppliers. Whether it’s pre-terminated copper or fibre looms, premium C15 IEC power leads or bulk AV cables, our team are ready to assist with even the most complex of requirements.

Our ISO14001 certification from BSI demonstrates that we source products in a responsible manner, taking it to account the lifecycle perspective of products sold and ensuring that our day-to day operations use resources efficiently. We continue to focus on the reduction of single use plastic packaging with moving to recyclable alternatives that reduce installation time whilst protecting the environment.
Shipping Options
Most Patchsave Solutions products are readily available for immediate despatch from our UK warehouse. Our team ensures that products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damage during transit. Most UK deliveries are made the following working day by either Fedex or DPD if ordered before 15:30hrs, and there is no charge for delivery providing the order exceeds £85 ex. VAT in value. For orders below this value we provide an economy Royal Mail 2-3 day tracked service with the delivery page during Checkout displaying premium timed delivery options for urgent requirements. We’re also used to delivering to secure Datacentre and construction site locations so can easily add Booking-in references, Ticket numbers, or additional information to consignments, ensuring a hassle-free delivery service.
Returns Accepted
Patchsave Solutions provide a no quibble ‘Sale or Return’ on all stocked products. This helps with project installations where the exact lengths, colours or quantities are unknown up until the point of installation. You will have 14 days from delivery to return any surplus products to our warehouse so that we can issue a refund. There are a few exceptions which our sales team can advise on, and all products must be returned in their original packaging in a new condition. Patchsave Solutions would issue an RMA number prior to any return to our warehouse and providing the cost of the return is met by the buyer, we will not charge any handling fee for re-stocking.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within Patchsave Solutions constantly review and update our systems and processes to ensure the best possible service to our customers, whilst ensuring that we remain fully compliant with the required General Data Protection Regulations. We do not share your data with any 3rd party organisations, with the exception of distribution and delivery Companies that enable us to fulfil your order. We will ask for your permission for Cookies to be used on the Patchsave Solutions website to track traffic and improve its use. Most customer data is stored securely offsite across several secure web ‘cloud’ based platforms and of course you have the right to request or erase a copy of the personal information that we have for you.
